My Dear Mom
To My Dear Mom,
Words can’t describe how much I love my mom. I’ll never love anyone as much as I love her. She’s my best friend and the first person I turn to for everything. She is my prayer warrior, hero, and my favorite role model. And I swear she has a direct line with God! I pray and I hope I have her strong faith and strong relationship with God. She’s the most beautiful, strong, loving, caring, smart and wonderful person. She also is one person I can laugh so hard where I have tears streaming down my face every time we’re together. We always have fun no matter where we are. Also she loves Disney just as much as I do. If we had our way, we would go to Disney World a few times a year!
I just realized that my mother and I don’t have very many photos together from when I was young. I have countless ones of me and my father (cuddling, at the pool, on the playground…), but very few of my mother and me. I always assumed it was because I was such a daddy’s girl. But I remember my mom was the one always taking the pictures. Capturing those special moments in life!
My mother was always there. She was just the one capturing the moments. She loves her children so much and is such a wonderful mother. She not only created so many memories with me, she made sure that I would always remember them. So to my mother, even if it was behind the camera, I love you so much and Happy Mother’s Day.
This post is to you, mom, to thank you for being the best mother I could ever ask for and for loving me unconditionally for the past 28 years!
